How to pay
Bank transfer to: account name, BSB / sort code, account number. Please use INV-0042 as the reference.
What to put on a cleaner invoice
- Your business name, contact details and business number (for example your ABN in Australia)
- Your customer's name and the job address
- An invoice number that goes up each time, the date, and when payment is due
- Each item of work or materials, with quantity, price and amount
- The tax amount, if you're registered for GST or VAT
- How to pay you, and the reference to use
If you're registered for GST or VAT, your country may require extra details on a tax invoice (in Australia, for example, the words "Tax invoice", your ABN and the GST amount). Check with your accountant.
