Moving from Invoice Simple? Bring everything with you.

Your invoices, clients and payments come across in a few minutes, and your invoice numbers carry on exactly where they left off.

Export from Invoice Simple

In Invoice Simple, open Settings → Export Invoice Summary. Pick the widest date range and choose XLSX or CSV (not PDF).

Sign up free

Sign in to InvoiceKoala with Google and enter your business name. No card needed.

Import

Go to Settings → Import from Invoice Simple and choose the file. You'll see how many invoices, clients and payments were found before anything is saved.

What comes across

  • Every invoice with its number, date, due date and client
  • Totals, tax and discounts, to the cent, including tax-inclusive prices
  • Paid and part-paid invoices, with each payment's date and method
  • Your clients, with their email and phone numbers
  • Your numbering: the next invoice carries on from your last Invoice Simple number

Good to know

  • Invoice Simple's export has each invoice's totals but not its separate lines, so each old invoice comes in as one line for its exact amount.
  • Old invoices never get automatic reminders, and nothing is emailed to your clients during the import.
  • Importing the same file twice is safe: invoices already in InvoiceKoala are skipped.
  • Your originals stay in Invoice Simple, untouched.
